iPhone iOS 13.5 bug?

Since I updated to 13.5 my iPhone 7, I notice that at times my screen gets stuck and I can't do anything. I don't know if it's from the apps or from the phone, but when I'm on Instagram for example I can't scroll but when I swipe down or up I get the home screen and control center ... this happens with almost all apps. does anyone else notice such a problem?

I have had the same problem on my iPhone X. Rebooting it helped.

Yep I have see this once myself. On mine the long press worked (brought up menu) but nothing else and can't get anything to work. Not even scrolling to other home screen pages or any app icons to launch an app. Reboot was the only thing that would respond.
