iPad ios 13 battery optimize not available for ipad?

As title said, I can not find the option in ipad OS13 beta 6. I can find it on my iphone also installed with latest beta.

I see. I never delved into that. But it seems strange to me. Does it mean iPad’s battery needs less maintenance?
