iPhone iOS 13 beta 4, my iPhone can’t back up to iCloud since 26 of June

I’m on iOS 13 beta 4, can’t back up my phone to iCloud since 26 of June, even through iTunes.

My two friends have the same problem

I did not get a chance to do iCloud backup recently on my iPad but last successful backup is at 16 July, definitely later than 25 June. Also not sure why you mention “iTunes backup fail”.
 
Have the same issue, my last iCloud backup was 04th July.
After multiple attempts on different wifi networks, restarting the iPhone, and done a reset on network setings I then unticked iCloud back and tried a manual backup through the lastest version if iTunes.
That also failed with a:
"iTunes could not backup the iPhone because an error occurred while reading from or writing to the iPhone"

I had tried the same things yesterday and still a no go. My iPad which is also on beta 4 is backing up fine. I had reported the problem in the Feedback app. Hopefully it gets fixed on the next one.
