iPhone IOS 13 beta PB 5: can i connect with Apple time capsule over WIFI ?

Hi
Since PB 1, i m trying to connect to apple time capsule via apple files app over local wifi but i am unable to do so. Can anyone confirm if its possible to connect ?
Currently i am using third party software such as VLC.
