iPhone iOS 13 Cellular/Mobile Data Issue

Since updating to iOS 13, I've noticed that my mobile internet connection will just randomly stop working at random times; I'll still have 4G signal, but nothing will load.
What makes the issue worst is that turning airplane mode on and off does not resolve the issue. I have to shut down the phone and then turn it back on again for the mobile internet connection to work again.
Is anyone else having this issue????

I have this issue. Only difference is airplane mode does work, just so frustrating having to do it every so often.

I've found a few people on Twitter having the same problem since the update, but it doesn't seem to be really widespread. I'm tempted to just factory reset the phone and see if that helps; it happens once or twice a day when I'm using the 4G connection. It's an absolute pain having to reboot the phone every time it happens.

I had this during the Beta phase, I reported it to Apple with full logs and they acknowledged it and said they had more than 10 reports, however it appears that it has not been fixed.
Thankfully I switched to an iPhone 11 which so far *touch wood* has been ok.

During the beta I DFU restores back to iOS 12.4 and the issue went away, but soon as I went back to 13 the issue returned.

Yes I am suffering the exact same thing since upgrading to iOS 13. It is really annoying
