Sorry if this is already being discussed. I didn't see a thread for it. Does anyone else on iOS 13 get an error in the Files app when they select "Connect to Server"? Wasn't sure if it's a unique issue for me or something that hasn't rolled out yet in the beta.

Yep. Known issue and in the release notes. Have to wait for the next build.
