All Devices iOS 13 Google Search from Safari Search Bar

I normally don't complain about OS issues, but WTF did Apple do to the search (Google) functionality in iOS 13?

Not always, but when I go to Google search for something in the Safari search bar, the damn thing hangs before it display the results. Sometimes, 5-10 seconds. Does it on several different WiFi networks, 4G, iPhone X and iPad (all running iOS 13.1.2).

Anyone else getting this hang when they do a Google search from the Safari search bar?

Have you looked into your Safari settings and tried changing them or even disabling/re-enabling them?

Yes, nothing changes it and the issue is intermittent. Sometimes it hangs, sometimes it doesn’t.
