iPhone iOS 13 mail keeps marking mail as read and not defaulting to the all mail mailbox

Has anyone noticed this?
I check an email,
leave mail
come back to mail
mail will open that mail and have it marked as read.

I have mail set to the all mail folder to pick up all mail from all my accounts.
Often when I open mail, it will go just to my iCloud email box so i'll have to come out of it and go back to all mail.

You're on iOS 13.1.something, right?

The issue of it not going to the All Inboxes mailbox is fixed for me in 13.2. I don't know about the "marked as read" issue.

I have had no problems with Mail... until today. When I attempted to delete my Junk email on my iPad, all of my Inbox mail was moved to the Trash. I had to move all of my Trash mail back to my Inbox. I guess I will spend this weekend cleaning my Inbox.

I think I’ve had a similar issue as the OP had.

I’ll check all my mail and close the app. When I go to open the app up later. It opens the the last email I read. So I have to hit the back button to look at all mail. It’s a minor inconvenience but slightly annoying to have the exit an email every time I open the app.
