All iPads iOS 13 Pencil Responsiveness of 9.7 iPad versus other iPads (including iPad Pro)

Hello Everyone - I am considering purchasing an iPad 9.7 versus other iPads. My use case is as an educator and quick notes/observations in notability/PDF markups, etc.

I am curious how the responsiveness of the Apple Pencil feels running the IOS 13 beta and if the promised latency is significantly improved on the 9.7" iPad or simply the iPad pro models with the Apple Pencil 2?

The price of the 9.7" is certainly appealing but I'm also considering the 10.5 Air, 11" iPad Pro and 12" iPad Pro, but the cost is certainly more significant as we go up in specs.

I’m pretty sure it’s just the iPad Pro models.
