iPhone iOS 13 Public Beta & Wireless Charging Issues?

Hey everyone, have any of you using the iOS13 Beta have sporadic issues with wireless charging? I go to the office this morning and my battery was already at 88% after charging overnight, so I placed my XS MAX on my wireless charger on my desk, and it shows its charging and even has the icon at the top right showing its charging but yet my battery is now down to 83% (So it seems like its not actually charging at all)

I have seen this happen once before so its a odd issue? Anyone else see this?

I found another thread about this after I created this one. I rebooted the phone like others had to do and now its charging again. Nothing in the battery app showed any app draining the battery so I think its a glitch right now.
