Hi - when will iOS 13 be available for public testing download and how do you download it?

The developer profile will probably be available within 60-90 minutes after the end of the keynote.

There apparently will not be a developer beta profile. Available right now only for download and install via iTunes. Perhaps that will change (maybe a factor of OTA overload given the 4 gb files?)

Just an FYI because I think it might be a newer change, but the developer site is letting you download the IPSW to install iOS 13 even as someone who isn't paying for a developer account. Not as easy as the OTA profile, but it isn't difficult. I can also download the profile needed to get the macOS Catalina download. So it looks like Apple really isn't trying to keep anyone from playing with the software, there are some very low bars to trip over on the way to download things. Not like the hoops that used to have to be jumped through. There is just a note about being a thrill seeker and that you shouldn't install it as a non developer.

I don't see anything my my download list (free account). How did you navigate

I literally went to developer.apple.com signed into my account and then navigated to Develop -> Downloads and it was all listed there. I stopped paying for a developer account years ago, but I did have a paid for one at one time. So maybe it is different because of that? I wasn't able to download iOS 12 like that, though. So this seems new or a bug that will be fixed.
