Haven’t seen this feature on any of the app updates since the iOS 13 official release and there have been many, lol. They look just as huge as ever, Facebook, Messenger and others. All 100-200+mb or more still.

Have any of you noticed your commonly used apps suddenly requiring less storage?
 
App sizes are the same, the improvements are in the size of the compressed app archives from the App Store. But then the archive is decompressed and the app will take the same space as before.

That doesn’t seem to make sense? Each app has an advertised amount of data used to download. I haven’t seen any displaying a compressed amount or whatever either.
