My friend took the iOS13 update, when it started up it's asking for his passcode. I watched him try and enter the passcode while we did a video call on our phones. There is no Enter/Return key on the keyboard. So how do finish/tell the iPad your done entering your passcode? I had him press the minimize keyboard button in the lower right, but there is no dialog box to say done/go/finish.

How do we wipe and reinstall if we can’t get into the iPhone? Some of us do not own desktop computers. If we take the iPhone to the Genius Bar, will they wipe and reinstall for us?
