Same issue. Had to roll back to iOS 14.2. Please report this bug.

this sounds bad but even in 14.2 no beta my wifi calls have problems it seems wifi calls turned off when the phone is locked. i use a vpn to prevent this. the vpn sends the keep alive package i need that my wfi call standby dont vanish.

is wifi calling stable wiith esim card?

WiFi calling working with ESIM for me.
