Just let the update run overnight. Don't see any possible benefit to waiting.

I went ahead and updated.

My theory on waiting was that I thought the release of iOS 14.5 was right around the corner, and that it would include this fix that's included in iOS 14.4.2, so just wait and get everything updated in one shot. But if this was a critical update, I'm glad I got it done today.
