iOS 14.5 MagSafe Wallet animation disappeared

Has anyone noticed on iOS 14.5 that when you attach a MagSafe Wallet that the animation has disappeared?

Yes! Also noticed the same with the MagSafe charger. No animation! I actually think it’s been missing since the last update…

anyone else noticed this?

Gone for me on 14.5

Yep, The animation has gone for me on 14.5 with the charger. Restarting the phone fixes it for a short while but then it goes again for me.

Hi all,

I should clarify that I currently have an iPhone 12 Pro with a MagSafe case.
Then recently got given a MagSafe wallet. When i attached the wallet to back of the case the wallet attachment animation has stopped showing up. I also tried taking the MagSafe case on and off and also found no animation. All this happened after updating to iOS 14.5.

also I have tried it with an yellow poppy leather case and no luck...
This is after restarting the phone.

Yes 12 pro iOS 14.5 I get the MagSafe animation evertime I use case wallet or charger.

On my 12 PM, I have the wallet, leather case, the charger and the silicon case, all work fine but not the silicon case and its been like this for a while since (14.3), never improved with any iOS updates, I gave up.

The animation on my cases only works sometimes. I have a leather and silicone case, and the animation doesn’t happen every time I put them on. I mean, it’s almost pointless and not really a big deal, but still…

I get the animation if I put on my MagSafe clear case, but don’t get it when I put it on my MagSafe Duo Charger with the case on. Don’t know if that’s by design.

Mine wasn't working on 14.5.1 until I did a hard reset on my phone.
