iOS 14 Airplay - No audio to Apple TV 4k

I installed the iOS 14 Public Beta 2 to my iPhone 11 Pro Max, and I also upgraded my Apple TV 4k to tvOS 14. Whenever I try to Airplay a video from my phone to the Apple TV, the video works but there is no audio. I made sure the video wasn't muted, and I restarted both devices, but still no audio. Was working fine before, nothing else has changed. I was hoping to try the 4k Airplay streaming between my phone and Apple TV, but without audio working, it's a deal breaker right now.

Any ideas?
