I'm having the weirdest issue.....I have found a 3 day gap in data on my Activity/Fitness app. The graphs all show no or partial activity while the individual activities below show enough data that the rings should be closed. To top that off, one award for days of a streak ended on 9/17/2020 and I'm now supposedly into my 10th day of a new streak. Today is 9/21/2020.....there is no way I'm 10 days in and I've not broke the original streak. I can't find info on this at all and it's frustrating!!!!!

I’m seeing the same thing. The health app has taken up petabytes of storage and the new fitness app doesn’t show any of my current stages of rings. It’s as if it’s not syncing at all
 
Me too. Same issues. I can’t even access the health app setting. All data gone from the health app. The last sync date is on 19 sept.

Exactly the same here. It’s not synching, all my rings pre-update are gone. Also, the watch app itself is not working (cannot acces any settings).
 
I erased both my iPhone 11 pro max and watch series 3. Updated both of them to lastest firmware. Then restored both from iCloud backup. Now both my phone and watch working fine.
