I haven't got around to updating to iOS 14 yet. I am still using MacOS Mojave. If I upgrade to iOS 14, will there be any issues? I remember with iOS 13, you had to be very careful not to upgrade reminders otherwise they wouldn't work with Mojave. Does iOS 14 have any similar issues?

Also, is iOS 14 decent on iPhone XR? I remember people complaining about reduced battery life when it came out.

Thanks!

If iOS 14 can support high Sierra and iTunes 12.6.5.3, you don’t need to worry about Mojave not supporting iOS 14. XR will be supported.

There is no “upgrade” stuff on iOS 14 to worry about afaik.

iOS 14 is the same as 13, so reminders still won’t work, but nothing else seems to change!

Darn it. In iOS 13, as long as you didn’t upgrade your Reminders account, you could continue to use it with Mojave. Not so with iOS 14. It will only uses the upgraded account. And all of the other work arounds (such as using an older iCloud account or a Yahoo/Aol account) will not work.
