iOS 14 Gradient Wallpaper Feature?

I remember a few months back there was talk about being able to customize wallpapers utilizing gradients. Did this feature not make the cut? There was screenshots as well.

No clue if Apple included such a utility, but it is pretty easy to create a gradient wallpaper in most decent imaging apps like Photoshop, GIMP, etc. I created the attached one in Photoshop. Best to use P3 Display color profile when creating them, then embedd that profile in the 16-bit PNG file you save. Lots of instructions on the internet.

I've made, or downloaded them in the past, but there's now a tool that will generate them on device -- WallCreator.

And it's probably more flexible than whatever Apple would have provided.
