I just installed the OTA on my IPP 12.9 and IPP 11. There seems to be an issue connecting to the internet over WiFi. I have opened App Store, safari, ring, Furbo and they are not connecting. I also tried to check and see about updating software just for the heck of it and it won’t connect. I reset network setting and also force reset the iPad. Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix? I am going to try and install IPSW after while to see if that works.

On a side note, Facebook is working 🤷🏿‍🤷

thanks in advance

it keeps revert back to 13.6 when i try installing ipad os 14 deleted profile and reinstalled same thing

Exactly same problem here. Tried multiple times, but no luck. Did you find any solution to this ?
Not yet, can’t get App Store to work on my iPhone 11 Pro Max either. I DFU’d my iPad 11 back to 13.5.1 I believe and then am trying to update to 14. Slow process....I’ll chime in if it works or not in a bit

So it doesn't work on IPad or Iphone for me. It might very well be an icloud issue because it shows my identitiy on the icloud settings page but I cannot sign out because it says it can't contact the server or something like that. After it not working on 3 devices I am gonna quit messing with it for now and hopefully someone will have a workaround. I have been installing betas for a while now and this has been my biggest issue :(

No problem! On my iphone i switched the wifi off and i was able to get into the app store, but not the icloud. so I am thinking it has something to do with using the wifi. I have given up for now and reverted everything back to 13.5.1.
Holler if you happen to find a fix :)

Those of you who aren't able to upgrade, are you trying to upgrade an iPad? I've read elsewhere that it's possible to install the iOS profile instead of the iPadOS one, and that it'll then try to install the wrong beta.

I am pretty sure I installed the correct profiles but maybe I screwed up. That would be a good explanation why it wouldn’t connect with apple and whatnot. I will try again on my IPP 12.9 in a couple of hours and report back. Thanks for your idea 😁

Read about this and thought it was happening on my SE2020. When it booted after install, I got press home to recover, then put in my pin, and it ran through the recovery. But then it was on 14. Thought maybe it had something to do with low storage, but my wife's 11PM had even less free before the install, and installed without the recovery stuff.

So....I reinstalled ipados 14 on my 12.9 and it was still not wanting to connect. I unplugged my eero router for a minute and plugged it back in. It worked. I reinstalled 14 on my IPP 11 and pro max and everything is working as advertised. Hopefully this will help someone else. 14 feels pretty snappy so far

I got it to work, I was on iOS 13.6 beta before upgrading, so after installing I was again seeing "Updated to 13.6" instead of 14. I did factory reset and went back to 13.5.1. Installed iOS 14 beta and it worked as expected. Also I had complete backup so did not loose anything.

Device: iPhone 11 Pro Max.
