IOS 14 Update When You Previously Downloaded iOS 14 Beta

Can someone post the link to the instructions on getting the new update? I know it is posted somewhere here but can't find it. My wife previously downloaded the beta (I told her not to) and now of course she hasn't received the new update. Thanks in advance.

NVMD...we figured it out.

Even those on iOS 14 betas can go to check for updates in settings and get the latest version. If we are talking about iOS 13 betas then the way to do it would be to remove the beta profile first (under Settings > General), restart the device, and then check for updates.
