15.1 runs very well on my 11 Pro. Actually, it's been solid since 15.0; this might be the smoothest running launch iOS I've ever installed on my phone!

Anyone nervous about updating their iPhone to the next version of iOS should just wait until it “finished” in August. That’s always the safest way.
