I’ve updated from iOS 15.5 because of some issues and the first thing what happened again is that my bookmarks were reordered again.

And am I the only one who has this issue in Safari? I always see a tab in the background since months. It is also marked as „fixed in a future update“ in the feedback app since months but nothing happened.

Is literally no one using this beta? Guess 16 is the only show in town these days. Guess they can just release this and see what happens 🤣

I'm still on 15 and using this beta. I'm not seeing any user facing bug fixes in this build. The Frequently Visited issue when deleting a website and having it reappear is still there. Also, sometimes when I click a link in an app other than Safari to open in Safari, Safari doesn't open the link the first time. I have to switch back to that app and click the link again and then it will open in Safari. These are my main gripes and everything else is running great, including battery life.

Yup, I’m on it. None of the bugs I have are fixed since they originated in the original iOS 15 last year, but I am on it.

Cool but I guess it hasn't introduced any new ones so it seems so that's a plus I suppose. Thanks for the responses.

Tabs seem to stay longer in Safari without reloading so the beta isn’t all for nought.

I’m on it. No problems here, performance and battery life for me has been as good or better than any previous version of iOS 15.

iPadOS is good too, except battery for me has been disappointing—as with previous versions of iPadOS 15.

I’m very comfortable recommending this beta for most anyone.

That said, most other folks here are more knowledgeable and experienced than me. (I hang out here to learn from others.). So if others are urging caution, definitely attach a bigger weight to their opinion than mine.

Apple is kidding with me. It’s not even fixed with iOS 15.6

Have been having issues where calls will not go through on my phone, it’ll say I missed a call and roll right to VM. My other phone on this same beta doesn’t do this. Hard reset mult times and no change.

I'm having massive battery drain , both overnight and during daytime usage
Worst update ever on my 13 Pro
I'm pretty sure it is modem firmware related

Modem V 1.60 provided the best battery performance

You can download previous beta IPSW, use iTunes to downgrade your phone.

My XR was not satisfied with the performance of ios15.6 beta 5, so I downgraded to beta 3 and the problem was resolved.;)

Note: You must have a backup file of the previous version of the beta version you want to downgrade to in order to restore backup data. (For example: to revert to beta 3, you need to have backup files from before beta 2.)

Upgraded to the RC version. Seems to be more stable. Early days
