This has never happened before, now siri is saying I have to unlock my phone if I say "Hey Siri, send a text to ______".
Never had this happen before iOS 15.6.
Siri has access to my lock screen in Face ID and Password.
This is iPhone XS-Max
Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply. I have tried both.
I go to Settings>Face ID and Passcode and under "Allow access when locked" I have Siri checked.
I've tried to turn it off and even restart the phone and tested it like that and then turn it on and restart the phone and it still won't work.
Thanks again for your help.
I seem to have no way to go back to the way things have always been with Siri.

Plus there's this too and it really sucks. This always happens after I have unlocked the phone:

By the way this is ONLY happening if I ask siri to send a text to just one of my contacts.
Anyone else the phone unlocks.

Any ideas?

Thanks
