iOS 15 and MagSafe Battery Pack

Anyone else on the beta experiencing charging so slow from the MagSafe battery pack that the phone uses more battery than the bank provides? Is this just an iOS 15 issue since it is not fully compatible yet?

Seems okay in my use (its slow but works)

I did see one review that mentioned if weather is very hot, may effect how much fast if can charge (not sure if that's the case)

Mine was indoors in air conditioning. I’m hoping we get a beta update tomorrow and that it gives it full compatibility. I guess from reading reviews that iOS 15 beta recognizes it as a generic UPS where 14.7 recognizes it as a MagSafe battery pack. I’m wondering if that comparability unlocks more efficient quicker charging.

Is anyone experiencing the battery pack to keep chiming as if it were first connected to the phone every few seconds? it's not charging fast and/or to 100%.

iOS 15 beta 3 doesn't have support for it yet. The next beta probably will.

Beta 4 fix several issues.

- battery pack icon fix
- reverse charging from phone to battery pack fix
- MagSafe icon pop up when attached

Reverse battery charging does not seem to actually work for me
