[iOS 15] Apple uses Cloudflare Warp to mask our IP addresses. How often do they change?

When I ask google what my IP address is, it shows the masked IP address instead of my real one. But is there a way to find out how often they will change?

P.S. Is there no iOS 15 subforurm?

I have the 200GB iCloud storage and when I went to “upgrade” for the private relay it wants to change that to 50GB and I don’t want to pay 9.99 for 2 TB?!
