iOS 16: always-on clock for iPhone SE (3)?

Several weeks ago, I bought a brand-new iPhone SE (3rd generation / 2022 vintage). It currently uses iOS 15.5.

I have a question: will this always-on clock feature of iOS 16 work on my SE, assuming I update its software?
