IOS 16 update and wifi issues

Just updated to IOS16 yesterday. Tried a hard restart after wifi connection issues, but no love. My 11Pro is now very slow to recognize there is wifi around, and either takes its sweet time connecting to what is there, or may not connect at all. Seems to least like my schools Wi-Fi and the free hotspots from my carrier. Home Wi-Fi a little slower to recognize but works. Anyone else?

Had the same issue and had to give my phone a static IP address to finally get it to work on my home network. Not sure what’s up
