iPad IOS 16 upgrade not showing up

My 5th Generation 12.9 iPad Pro is not showing the ios 16 upgrade. It had 15.7 available but not 16 is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

iPadOS 16 is delayed into October, only iOS moved up.

Lol I thought I clicked the wrong update, going to 15.7 and then lost the ability to go to 16, thanks for this thread!
