iPhone 15 Pro iOS 17 doesn't allow using my ringtone

I bought a 15 pro running iOS 17. I have tried everything to add ringtones to the phone. I've made ringtones and they've never been a problem. I tried resetting the ringtone but it still didn't work. At all.
