Hi All:

I am using an iPhone 15 Pro operating under 18.3.1. Mail is grouping eMails and showing the first eMail sent in the thread. This is causing me confusion, because of no way of knowing if there is a new eMail in the thread. How do I stop grouping eMails? I have tried the following:

  1. Organize by thread is switched to off, then
  2. Rebooted.
  3. In Mail app, selected List View
  4. Rebooted.
eMails are still shown by grouped thread and the eMail displayed in the list is the first eMail. How do I get the iOS Mail app to stop grouping eMails, or in the alternative show the last eMail in the thread in the group?

Thank you in advance,

Don

Came here to ask the same question.

My biggest issue is trying to swipe to delete a random email and the new Mail.app client wants to delete everything in the entire group. What the hell?

Anyone?

Hi ckeck:

I agree. What the hell Apple? Why would you make you mail app client is so messed up and not give the us the flexibility to ungroup the damned eMails.

Is there another eMail client I can use on my iPhone that coordinates with Outlook?
