Yep! I've got three devices running iOS/ipadOS 18.7.1. I always wait until someone else has pioneered even the least risky updates, but 18.7.0, and 18.7.1 were both trouble-free, so will update soon. The only device that's current is an iPad 11, the phones are an SE 2022 and a 13 mini (for the record).
Thanks for posting that the update was out and that the RC was new.
Edit: Nov 6. Updated SE 2022 and can't detect any problems at all. Going ahead with other updates.

I’m running iOS 18.3.1 on my 16 Plus, but I’m seeing a lot more people on iOS 18 on the latest updatable iPhone vs years prior.
I still think that the vast majority of people haven’t learned that staying behind is best if they want device quality, but the results might be better than in previous years. We’ll see Apple’s numbers.
