iOS 18 Beta 2 and 3 iMessages issue

Since I updated to iOS 18 Beta 2 my iMessages have just not been working, they send as SMS or RCS. I was hoping that yesterdays update to beta 3 would fix it, alas it did not. I turned off iMessages, turned off RCS, hard reset the iPhone, nothing. I still haven't done a network reset setting or a full restore. Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know a fix? Please help.

You don't have any suggestions? Do you think it will get fixed by the full release?

Seems like my old MacBook has signed me out of my iMessages and my FaceTime apps. I tried logging back in and it says error authentication. I wonder if these are all tied together. I heard resetting the NVRAM helps. I will try that when I get home.
