Resolved iOS 18 Home Guest Access - how?

2. On the Home tab, tap the Add button, tap Add People, then tap Guest.

This is all I see after following step 2 (tap "Guest" where??):

Can anyone confirm this or have any idea why this is not working for me?

After I updated my Apple TV Home Hub to tvOS 18 this showed up...

Ok, so it works now.

But I thought Guest Access was still supposed to work even without a hub (only on location).
