I have a JB iPhone 4 and I'm still running 4.0.1. My question is, is it worth it to upgrade to iOS 5 and JB my phone again? Am I really missing anyhting if I don't?
I suppose it's a matter of personal preference but for me: iMessage & iCloud.
Plus various security updates, the ability to use as a hotspot, faster safari, no more location cache, and a few other things from the 4.0.1-4.3.5 jump.
I would recommend you to wait for a pwnage tool and untether. so you can save your baseband for later on when you want to sell it unlock.
I'm saying that it's impossible for you to upgrade to 4.3.5 now unless by some odd chance you saved your SHSH blobs for that specific version. Your only choice would be 5.0 or 5.0.1 depending on how soon/late you plan on updating.

If you have your SHSH blobs saved, go to 4.2.1 or 4.3.3 if you want to keep the jailbreak.
