Hi on the mail app on the iPhone, when I get sent an email, I only receive it when I open my inbox in the mail app and when it checks for mail within the app itself.

I was wondering if when I get sent email it makes a noise/vibrates when the iPhone is gone to sleep. Because at the moment I can only receive sent email when I go into the app itself. I want it to notify me when my iPhone is on sleep, when I get an email.

Is there a way to do this???

Cheers, any input is appreciated :)

what email are you using. it has to be imap or exchange to support push I believe. pop3 will only fetch.
