If you don't know what they are, then you won't have them and have no way of getting them. Sorry.

If your camera is malfunctioning then I would suggest taking it to an Apple store.

if you honestly believe that then your 4S camera must be faulty.
the 4S camera is many times better than the camera in the 3G.
