iOS 5.1 Error Message

Probably because you're running a beta, so it gets confused that you're not on an official release. I wouldn't worry about it...
Lol the point i'm trying to make here is I go through all settings on my phone testing that they work in Beta.
This particular Software Update isn't working in Beta the way it did for the other BETA's it would usually say something like you are using 5.1 your software is up to date

The developer beta is to test YOUR software to ensure it works correctly. Something tells me you don't have any software that you've developed and you just signed up to use pre-release software on everyday use devices.
