IOS 5 and Hotmail Push setup - Replied and Forwarded flags won't Sync

Hello, I am having a problem with the sync of the replied and forwarded email flags that appear on hotmail.com and on my iphone 4s.

The emails that I reply on my iphone show up as replied, but will not show up as replied when I get home and open up hotmail.com with my PC (and vise versa).

Is there a way of having the flags synced as well? I hate coming home and not seeing what I had replied or not on my PC.

I have Hotmail set up with microsoft exchange on IOS 5.1, but the flags won't sync on the PC or Mac...
