I have an ip4 on 5.0. Since I have upgraded to iOS 5 my signal repeatedly drops from full bars of 3g, to searching, to no signal, then back again. I did not have this problem on 4.x. I have reset network settings, reinstalled 5.0, no go. Any other microcell owners having this problem?

Exact same problem on both our iPhone 4's in our house, driving us insane really.

A lot of people are having issues. It takes me 3 times to even make an outbound call.

I did

First day or two, despite the fact that it looked as if I had 5 bars, I couldn't make calls (failed). So I called ATT. They had me do a few things and I guess found my Microcell and phone on their network and since then - it just works.
