I was just surprised to learn that my 3GS no longer allows me to zoom in for a picture, and I have lost the ability to email multiple photos at a time? Am I missing something???

Those features are still there (at least for me).

To zoom, you have to pinch the screen; that will both zoom and bring up the slider.

To email multiple photos, you have to tap the share icon in the upper right of the camera roll or photo stream folders, select up to five (5) photos, and tap on "Share" in the bottom right corner.

Ok, Pinch to zoom, nice. Didn't know that, thanks!

But with regards to the 5 photos emailing, you're not emailing them. You are messaging them. The email does not come from your email account, but a messaging addy at AT&T. Plus you don't have the option to choose size. If I choose a single photo, I have the email option, along with choice of size to send. But not with multiple. Kind of sucks!

That is very weird. I've never tried to email so many photos and never noticed this.

Not sure what you mean here. If I go into my camera roll and select five photos to email, my Mail app launches with the photos in the body of the message and they are sent from my Gmail account (the default mail account on my phone). And after pressing "Send" but before the email is sent, I'm given the option to scale the images to the desired size.

That's what I was missing. I was trying 6, not 5. 6 and up you are given only the message option. 5 and under you have the email option. I thought before I could email more than 5, but maybe not. Thanks!
