I have a developers license for just iOS and was wondering if I put iOS 5 beta on my phone, do I have access to iCloud?

I see that there are some iCloud betas out for Lion and didn't know if these were ALL intertwined. Meaning, if I put iOS 5 beta on my iPhone I don't have to have a developers license for Lion to get full use out of iCloud?

You will have access to iCloud's features as they pertain to the iPhone and iCloud.com.

You'll need to be in the Mac OS X Developer's program to access iCloud features in Lion since they are currently in the Beta releases of Lion.
