iOS 5 changed root folder?

Ive just updated to ios 5 and im I'm trying to find the root folder I'm iPhone explorer. The only folders I see are the apps and media folder. My phone needed to be restored to sync back up so I used iPhone explorer to go in the root and extract my address book file. Now it looks like I can't find a way to put that file back in. Any suggestions?

You can't access the root folder unless you jailbreak.

Is there a way I can import the address book file in the contacts app on my Mac?
