iOS 5 iCal "invitee" not showing

Hi All,

I set up my wife's iphone and when trying to add a date on the calendar, I noticed she doesn't get an option to add an "invitee". My phone has this option, but not hers (see screenshot). I can't for the life of me figure out why i can't see this option. Any ideas?
