iOS 5 lost all sound iPad

Just did the iOS 5 update and I lost all sound on my iPad 1. Totally mute although I see the bars move when I hit volume up. iHome dock just bugs out when I dock iPad with no sound from dock. Any clues?

Headphones do work fine.
