Hey Guys,

Just wondering, is there a way to disable notifications from turning on the phone's screen when it is on standby?

Maybe go notification and then press on the app you don't want to and Turn off "view in lock screen."

Also interested, turning off is not an option...just wanna to disable wakening up display

I am also interested in this. I want to be able to see my new emails in my lock screen but I don't want the screen to turn on everytime.

The use case is pretty simple. My phone is in the bedroom at night and I don't want the screen to turn on every 30 minutes. But, I like the idea to just press the lock button when I wake up to see the notifications in the lock screen.

Not sure I'm following here. I've got my notifications set to banners and the screen does NOT come on when an email comes in.

I figured it out. Hold down the top power button until the red swipe appears. Swipe and thats it! You're screen wont turn on for anything! If that doesnt work, try getting a flip phone.
