I have my phone on the desk next to my keyboard as I'm banging out code on this joyous Monday, and I hear a very un-iphone-like, and very terse, monotone 'beep' sound out of my phone. WTF was that, I never heard that before?! And then another one. I thought maybe it was beeping from overheating or something, but no, perfectly cool temperature.

They seemed to coincide with a pair of calendar events that popped in, and I can only assume iOS kinda choked up and tripped on itself when it tried to play the standard calendar alert sounds in succession. Odd.

I get that at the beginning of a phone call about 10 percent of the time.
