Will the new jailbreak allow me to turn my 4S into a hotspot for my iPad mini on the Sprint unlimited plan?

Yes, if you jailbreak you will be able to tether your ipad mini to your sprint phone using tweaks like tetherme.

As I tell everyone, Sprint quality is all dependent on your area. I damn near max out my Sprint 3G connection, it's right up there with Verizon with data speeds, coverage and quality.

That's nothing to brag about. Verizon's 3G is terribly slow, but they have phenomal LTE. Sprint only has LTE in 4 markets.

MyWi 5.5?

I just downloaded the MyWi app for wifi tethering and the version I installed was 6.0(for ios6 devices) but when I open the app it says 5.5. I bought 5.5 when i had my iphone 4s jailbroke earlier this year before ios6 came out but i had installed ios6 and unjailbroke it in the process of doing so. So my question is will I have to purchase the upgrade to MyWi6 or will it just work with the 5.5 license I already have? Just thought it was kind of weird for this to happen, but if it works then i'm happy. I've tried tethering with my laptop and ipad and it seems to work just like it did before including the wifi password I had set for it back when my device was jailbroken on ios5.

Verizon's 3G is still faster than Sprint's on average, but that is a moot point since they have LTE rolled out practically everywhere ...

I did 12GB in a month when I was tethering my 4G from Sprint on Android...lol say what you guys want, I enjoy it. And that's all that counts :p
