Does a Jailbreak for iOS 6 exist? Can someone link me to instructions and downloads?

I jailbroke my 3GS and never did it again since because at one point I lost all of my saved games and I am a big iOS gamer. What measures can I take today to not lose my data?

Is there a way to record incoming and outgoing phone conversations if I jailbreak? I am starting a business where it will be meaningful to record phone conversations with the other party's consent, of course.

For old boorom 3GS's a untethered JB is available for iOS 6, for newer 3GS's a tethered JB is vailable, oth via the latetest redsn0w.

I guess I didn't mention, I have a iPhone 5 now. I just looked on Google and noticed that there doesn't seem to be a jailbreak for the iPhone 5 yet?
